Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 July 2026

Welcome to Krishmatics. These terms explain the rules for using our website and the Ruby family of products. We have kept the language plain on purpose. Please read it, because by using our products you agree to it.

Important health notice

Krishmatics is not a substitute for professional medical care. Our products help doctors, patients, and families organize and understand health information. They do not diagnose conditions, and they do not replace the judgment of a qualified doctor. Always speak to a licensed healthcare professional about any medical decision, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, or by using the Krishmatics website or any Ruby product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using a product on behalf of another person, such as a family member you help care for, you confirm that you have permission to act for them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our products.

Who we are and what we offer

Krishmatics, Inc. builds clinical software for the global Indian family. Our products run on one shared clinical engine and include:

Some products are live, some are in beta, and some are still in development. Features may change, and we may add or retire products over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When you register, you agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account, your PIN, and anything that happens under your login. Please keep your credentials private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

Some products are meant for licensed healthcare professionals. If you register as a doctor, you confirm that you are qualified and licensed to practice in your location.

Health information, not medical advice

This point is important enough to repeat. Ruby products present information to support the judgment of a doctor and to help a family stay informed. They do not provide a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and they are not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional.

Alerts, interaction flags, and generated notes are tools to assist, not final clinical decisions. A licensed doctor remains responsible for every clinical decision. Never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in one of our products.

How you may use our products

We ask you to use Ruby products responsibly and lawfully. You agree that you will not:

If you misuse the products, we may suspend or close your access.

Your data, consent, and privacy

Health data is personal, and we treat it that way. Access to a health record is based on consent. A patient, or a family member authorized by the patient, controls who may see the record. We encrypt data in storage and keep audit trails so that access stays accountable. We build to be aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection framework of India.

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it alongside this page.

Our content and intellectual property

The Krishmatics and Ruby names, logos, software, design, and content belong to Krishmatics, Inc. and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non transferable right to use the products for their intended purpose. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

The health information that you or your doctor enter about a patient belongs to the patient. We use it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third party services

Our products rely on trusted third party services, for example cloud hosting, messaging, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services that we do not control. When you use a linked or connected service, its own terms and privacy policy apply.

Payments and subscriptions

Some features may be offered for a fee or by subscription. Where a product is paid, the price, billing cycle, and any refund terms will be shown to you before you pay. You agree to pay the fees that apply to the plan you choose. If a payment fails, we may pause the paid features until payment is complete. Taxes may apply based on your location.

No warranties

We work hard to make Ruby products reliable and useful, but we provide them on an as is and as available basis. We do not promise that the products will always be free of errors, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the products at your own discretion and risk, and you remain responsible for your own clinical and personal decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Krishmatics, Inc. and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that arise from your use of the products, including any loss that results from a clinical decision. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim, or a nominal amount where the product was provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

Ending your access

You may stop using the products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we retire a product. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will remain in effect after your access ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a product or when the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know inside the product. If you keep using the products after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute connected to these terms or to your use of the products will be subject to the courts located in [City], India. If you are using our products from outside India, you are responsible for following any local laws that apply to you.
